Just flipped yesterday...

So I just flipped to flower yesterday. During veg I had my led light at around 18-20 inches at 40% power. Today I turned the light to 50% and it's still at about 19-20 inches from the plant.

My question is: shouldn't I start raising the power of the light since it's now flipped to flower? Also the lights now on like almost half the time so I figured the power needed to increase to balance the loss of light so to speak?
In other words the lights on 18 hrs at 40% shouldn't the power go up since the time is going down?

So I noticed that some of my leaves are looking blotchy today, is that because there growing and or I flipped to flower? Or is it because I raised the power of the led light to 50% from 40 % ?

I added a cpl pics. The Pic of the whole plant is from this morning when the light came on. The close up pic is of the leaves right when the light went off at 12hrs.

I had a cpl runs before this grow. They didn't go perfectly, the leaves were burned and over all just nor great. I'm worried that this grow is going to go to shit now

Any help would be appreciated, tks in advance

So you just turned the lights up and they turned yellowish? The plant couldn’t handle the extra light, couldn’t keep up. More light needs more nutrients?
When you flip, the plant is going to do some stretching so it will need nutrients to grow. Tell us your nutrient regime

I have sohum and fox farm mix about 50/50. The nuts are in the soil organic. I add recharge once a week when I water from the top.

I'm not saying the plant started to turn yellow bc of the light, I'm asking why the leaves look a little blotchy. Can that be bc of the flip or the led light power being raised 10% ? Something else ? Or do the leaves look like that when they grow?
