just finished

just finished my grow box and my light arived yesterday.my box is 4x4x6`and my light is a 600 watt air cooled hm/hps.how many plants can i fit in this space and still be enough light,also will be growing in soil so how tall should i grow them before flowering them.i was thinking of growing lemon skunk and white widow max for good yeild per plant would like to get 2 or more oz`s dry wieght per plant so what is the best way to do this more plants grown short say flower at 14 inchs or have say 6 or 8 plants that are 25 or 30 inchs before flower... please help!!!

yes, do yourself a favor and plan for the height you need your canopy at. If you LST do it early, if you scrog flip them to 12 and 12 before they reach the screen, they will stretch and fill it in over the next couple of weeks.
