Just Bought Silverback grow cab with all options!!!

Was just looking to see should I start my seeds in the cloning chamber or just throw straight into the big part with main reservoir? I have bcgod bud and chem 4.. If anyone knows anything about these systems or thinks they are a master grower, would appreciate tips for the lights and what not like before the whole 18/6 12/12 or like when to start using nutrients and the calmag for ro water and what not. I have heat mat dome and t5 lighting but guy said something about just starting the seeds in the main water reservoir.

I would just throw them in, once you have the plant large enough, then you can go ahead and take clones.
