I started some bag seeds from some commercial. At first were kinda puny indoors. I put two plants each in a couple of 5 gal plastic buckets using Miracle grow potting soil. I placed them piutside and now the weather here in midwest has become hot and rainy. I use some miracle grow fertilizer once in a while. These girls are going wild! I have them behind a shed next to a tall row of hedges. They get sun all day. I've been pinching the very ends of new growth to encourage branching out and keep height down. They're about 2-3 mos old now and still going crazy. Someone told me that these emit a certain spectrum of green different that most common plants so can be readily seen from the air, is this true? He said to use like a camo net. Would this block the sun too much? How do I know when to harvest? Thanks
