Just adding some 2700K to veg lighting for flowering?

I'm currently using an ebay 300W (186.7W actual) 6400K for my four little girls. When they are ready for flowering I was thinking of just adding 4 or 5 2700K hanging bulbs around the plants. This should give them some red spectrum in there and deal with the lack of penetration.
The way I see it is this will fairly closely mimick nature, where the light from overhead is always more blue and the light that has travelled further through the atmosphere is a redder light.

What are your thoughts? This is in a small (0.6mx0.6m) mylar enclosure with a 5" extraction and currently a passive intake.

that nature mimic idea is interesting, never thought of if that way.. The hard thing is, light isn't always coming from all over the sky, it's only coming from the sun, so at points of the day, the whole plant is getting bluer light, and the whole plant is getting redder light. But in your setup, the bottom / sides of the plant would ALWAYS get red light, and the top would ALWAYS get blue light..

I'm not sure if it'd really make that big of a difference, all I know is when I'm putting her into flower, I'm going all 2700k and no 5500k...
