Minor difference, I use this in veg. 3/2.2/.5
Clones around 400ppm total.
Ramp up to 600 or 700 multi feeds per day with a small amount of runoff.

Check out cocoforcannabis site.

do I change it when I flip it to flower stage?
I don't change anything between veg and flower. At week 2.5 after the switch to 12/12, I add the equivalent of 1.6g/gallon of MKP to the solution. Depending on the strain, I may or may not lower the Calcium Nitrate slightly.

My mix is (per gallon):

3.4g Jack's
2.0g Calcium Nitrate
4.0mL Botanicare Cal-Mag Plus

...then the MKP in flower.

Because my tap water is only 65 PPM, I need both a Calcium and Magnesium supplement. Since bumping up the CalNit causes slight N toxicity, I skip the Epsom and just use Cal-Mag instead.

For fast veg growth is it mostly all in the lighting instead in nutrients?

So 600-800 ppm is like the sweet spot for veg? I'm at 700 right now
The sweet spot depends on your setup and the stage of the plants. The only way to know is to check run-off EC.
And its less of a sweet spot and more of providing the correct amount of nutrients.
