ive had a problem and could do with some advice

hi, ive had a problem and could do with some advice, my plants are in week 7 flowering, 12/12, they turn on at 7.30am and turn off at 7.30pm,
this morning our street had a power cut, the lights didn't come on until 10.30am, stayed on for an hour then off again at 11.30am, came back on at 1.30pm, went off again at 2.15pm, came back on at 2.45pm, and they went on and off for a few seconds after that.. the electric company must be doing some work around the area... it seems stable now but what should i do with my plants, i need them to be on in the mornings so i can see to them before i go to work, should i leave them on untill tomorrow night 7.30pm or should i just turn them off tonight at 7.30pm as if it hasn't happened?

any advise is much appreciated

I had a prob like that one time..i just let them sit in 24 hr of darkness..then start the lights at the time you want
