Issues With La Diva Autoflower (super confused)

Hello Everyone, I'm rather confused.

We have been growing a La Diva in a DWC (just switched to an aeroponics set up, which has made the plant a LOT happier) for well over a month now. It was given to us in bad shape. I made my first post regarding the plant HERE which was back on 9/10/12 I then made a second post regarding the plant HERE back on 10/24/12

Going PURELY off the post times, I KNOW the plant MUST be over a month old. It has been on 24/0 HPS lighting since we got the plant.

Here is my issue, it is only just displaying the small, preflower hairs. We corrected the feeding issues, and nutrient issues. We have been feeding it (for this week) following the "week 5" schedule from THIS chart (which I can't seem to get to come up now? but I had it saved on my iPad. I'll try to upload it for referance)

Here is a gallery of the plant, pictures I took the day that we moved it into a nice large bucket With an aeroponic system though for ours we used clear plastic tubing instead of a garden hose.

My problem is, that it seems to be....stunted? I've seen pictures of other week 4+ plants and they seem MUCH further along. However, an auto-flower should flower regardless of nutes, or setting ect? our is still shooting up leafs, and still has foliage growth occuring, but not bud growth. Is it because of the 24/0 lighting? is it because the plant is a "dud" and wont REALLY auto-flower? I'm not sure what to make of it. Maybe it's just a late bloomer...

My first thought when I read your post was the 24/0. Plants really do well with some dark time and all of my research has led me to conclude that 18/6 works best for autos. Some advocate 20/4, but I really think that might be the issue.

I grew a La Musa in DWC and after about a month she was a good 2.5 feet tall and actively flowering. There is a thread here started by 808Killahz where he takes a La Diva grow from start to finish an I think he used foxfarm nutes, but it was a soil grow.

Try flipping the lights to 18/6. If that doesn't work it may not be a true auto and you may need to flip the lights to 12/12.

Keep in mind that due to your other issues, the development may have slowed down.
