Issue with outdoor plant

Hello I have an outdoor plant that is presenting sick.... anyone seen something similar or no how to fix this ? Thank you for your time
Also it is in a 5 gallon with one half foxfarm ocean forest and one half green gold basic and perlite. And it is in the state of Massachusetts

I had ocean forest drop to 5 ph and got worse than that. Mix 1 tsp lime in top inch of soil solves this. I mix 1 cup lime with every bag. Their soil doesn’t have ph drop every time but does sometimes. Check ph runoff.
