is this too much air?

Hey all I have left to buy is a fan and I need to know which one would be best for a 192 square foot room.

I was either going to get a 435 or 745 cfm Valuline fan.... But my only question was would the 745 cfm be too much air flow and possible rip the staples out of my grow film with that much negative pressure?

No it shouldn't... I have both and the 8" is alot more powerful than the 6" but I ran the 8 in a tent with no problems at all... I would get the 8" and turn it down with a speed controler. It won't be as loud and you can adjust it to what you need...
