Is this stuff ok to give my plant? PH Test low?

Hey guys

Just wondering if this stuff is safe to give my plants. It is called Shultz All Purpose Plant Food 20-30-20. My plant is nearly 3 weeks old, is it ok to give it now?

Also, i have Miracle-Gro single packs. 1 pack makes 8 liters of food water.

I just picked up a PH soil tester and it sais its at 5.0. If i leave the PH tester sitting in the soil then it slowly slowly drops in numbers. I know that the PH is too low, how can i quickly raise it?

PH should be at 6.5, get rid of those Miracle Grow packets
. I've never heard of this here Shultz stuff but if you dont got the money for solutions from a local hydro shop then wait a week or two then feed. When reading the PH meter the soil should be soaked (test after watering) and after about 3-5 min you should have a reading.
