Is this powdery mildew? 25 Day Old Formula 1 Auto from Dr Ray Seeds

I couldn’t tell you exactly, but overall I do see little signs of pest activity and I recommend treating it with neem oil or a bio fungicide or both. Being a young plant consider a slightly weaker neem solution. I would definitely start it on weekly neem treatments. Good luck sir that’s a good looking seedling.

Thank you. I'm a first time grower, I'd be buzzed with a single bud haha I'll see how well it's doing over the coming days, I want to avoid using too many supplements in case I mess it up.
 
I’m right there with ya brother, but neem is very safe to use and will keep a handle on pests, I’ve never had problems with it only way less little invaders. Top dressing with organic stuff is very safe to do as well and effective.
