Is this plant ready for harvest?

Hello, growing for the first time outdoors. Plant started flowering in mid July. I took several macro shots, hand held so forgive a bit of blurriness. Just looking at the trichs and not sure what to make out of it. Perhaps you can give me your opinion? Is she ready? Soon?

How long of a flowering period is the strain?

I see nice clear triches. But when I saw the pic of the whole bud I knew it needs another two or three weeks before I re-evaluate.
Those calyxs need to fatten up. You'll get more capitated trichomes. Those are the ones that hold the terpenes and THC

Yeah her pistils are still white she's still got a few more weeks to go.
