Is this plant flowering? 24/0 lighting, pics

Hey, I have a plant here that is around 2 mo. old and had showed first preflowers earlier than my other 4 plants. Now, leaves are getting crystally and it looks as though it may actually ahve started budding - no good as I need mother plants with these. One pic, the 3rd shows it best, but there are other "sites" like this and the plant is now growing many calyxes at tops kinda, but I thought this may just be because they are new growth? I really need advice here.. I've grown plants that have no preflowers and are way bigger. But I don't want to chop a viable mother plant if these are just preflowers.

The first two pics look like preflower, but that 3rd pic sure does looking like its flowering.

Thanks.. I thought the same.. and this plant showed preflowers very early in veg, like a month ago almost. I really can't have a smelly mother plant as it won't be in my sealed carbon filter tent. Looks like I'm going to be chopping it.

Also I figured it may look more like preflowers since it's under weak t5 lighting.
