Is this nute burn or not?!

I'm going crazy trying to figure out what's wrong with my plant. My pH, nutes, temps, etc seem to all be in check.

Plant looks drooping, some leaves are curling upside down, and I'm getting these spots on the tips.

Give us the info, not just it's all in check...obviously something is not in check, we will need more specific details in order to narrow down your issue.

Type of water, ec prior to adding nutes?
Ppm/ec?
System?
Lights your using, distance

more info the better.
