Is this nute burn, heat burn, or nute deficiency?

My temps never top 86F so I'm doubting it's heat burn. I'm growing in about 80%-85% FFOF and about 15%-20% cocotek and I've heard FFOF is really hot, but I didn't start to have problems until my 3rd week of veg. I haven't started nuting yet. Could they be deficient already? I've also been watering with straight distilled water from the jump. I think the PH of distilled is 6, could this be locking them? Each of these burns are starting in my first set of true leaves. What do you think it is?

Test your run-off, this would eliminate some options. Looks to me like hot soil. I think it will be alright, just stay away from the nutes until she shows she needs something.

if thats the oldest leaf set then its normal its gonna fall off soon,or you may have some hotspots in your grow room, what kind of reflection material are you using? i doubt its nute burn because its not all over nor is the leaves curling. And distilled water is cool i use it but id stay away from mineral water like ice mountain.

They're in a 2x4x7 foot non toxic mylar tent. 4" fan, cool tube, carbon filter, 240cfm duct booster, and 2 fans blowing in two different directions over the canopy. I'm doubting it's hot spots when it's consistently one of the first sets of leaves on every plant doing it. Not one leave above the 2nd set is discolored. Just the first sets, and that one random spot in the middle of a leaf on the second set.

Not saying this is your problem now but it is coming unless you are prepared to feed what it needs. The distilling process removes elements from water that plants need. One of those elements is mag. You are mixing in coco. Coco is a mag problem unless you are prepared for it. The combination of coco and distilled water at flower will make the plant drop leaves like a fall tree.
