is this normal?

this is my first plant, I have was given a clone from a 'blue cheese' that I was told was ready for flowering, I repotted it and put it straight into the grow tent, and it is exploding..........yesturday afternoon I measured it from base to highest point at 42 cm excactly...the following morning it measured 49.5 cm...
thats 7.5 cm growth in less than 24 hrs.......??!!

Now this may sound like a strange question, but can the plant sustain this type of growth or will t burn itself out?..... am I feeding too much..or will it only grow to what it wants????...it looks really heathly and has started to fill out alot...........just curious.

well they'll grow 2/3 of what they are in vegging once in flower

This is absolutely normal. When switching directly from veg to flower, I've always noticed a growth spurt that lasts 5-8 days. Usually, expect indicas to double their height during flowering and sativas to triple/quadruple. Since yours is a hybrid, expect it to reach at least double it's size during flowering.
