Is this nitrogen toxicity?

I've been having nutrient problems with this plant for a while, first not feeding and loosing leaves, which feeding FF nutes corrected, til this started. Is this the dreaded nitrogen curl?

You got a super focused pic of that shoddy looking electrical work lol. If you take some better pics of the plant more it would help quite a bit.

It's super blurry.. but is it revegging?

I'm guessing, bc this looks like u are coming out of flower, the plant is barely moving, bc of this you r prob over feeding. The plant can't really do much w extra N bc the plant is still trying to pop out of flowering, which can take a good amount of time. I wouldn't feed N again until the plant starts stretching out a bit more and loses some of that dark green color
