Is this light okay?

I just bought a 40W CFL light for my 1 and a half week old plant. I brought it in from outdoors because it was strougling (stem was bending a bit). I was wondering if that light would be okay, and how far should i put the light away from it?

Im only planning on using it for a week or two indoors until the plant is about 3-4 weeks old.

that would be okay put it as close as you can without burnin it im using cfls 4 my plants right now to and there growing great
