Is this light distance okay?

I’ve got some seeds that have just germinated..I potted them yesterday but they haven’t sprouted just yet, I’ve put my LED 100cm above the pots..it’s a GN Telos 0100 LED 300w(actual watts) is it too close? Also how far do I open the little vent on the top of the propagator?

You’ll have to play around a bit. If that plant stretches, lower it, if it burns raise it.

I started with 18” from soil and it worked great for me
