Is this light bleaching?

First time growing environment is pretty stable temp averages 75-80 and rh averages 50-60 I’m in week 2 of flower I’m using a es180 v3 in a 2x3 the lights are at max and the new bud growth kind of looks yellow so I’m concerned also it looks like I’m having some deficiency’s and nute burn at the same time lol I’m not sure if it’s from light intensity or if it is a deficiency maybe both I can’t raise my lights any higher the closer sites sit 14” away from the light and the furthest sit 23” away I can turn them down but then I’m concerned the ppfd won’t be high enough for the lower sites

Hard to tell for me they can go like that when they are growing well sometimes
Or you only switched the light on
Could be the lights as well have you only upped the power on them ?
