is this common?

i have a 4 foot outdoor plant a month into flowering in a 25 gallon pot and i'm noticing the bud sights on the very bottom where there is no sunlight are forming at a faster rate then my main cola and mid-sectioned bud sights.

the weather the entire month has been between 74-80 degrees so i'm not sure if it's heat stress or what.

my camera is unfortunately temporarily unavailable so no pics... i'm just curious what your insight is.

Are you giving plenty of nutes? lowest parts of the plant get feed first... wonder if you should lollie pop? I have done it plenty of time in flower with no herm's.
