Is this bud rot?

EDIT: Just found mold on this plant. Bud rot confirmed.
Guess I'll have to watch my airflow and humidity next grow.

Hi, this is my first grow and I'm harvesting my plants. I have three plants in the same grow room and one of them definitely had bud rot and visible mold on it. I'm thinking this one has bud rot as well, but I want to make sure before I trash it.
