is this big medium or small for a cola?

just cut my first cola, one of the smaller ones and it weighs 37.5g:blsmoke:




i am keeping it all for myself but was interested to find out how much less it will weigh when its dry...................?

Trimed and dried probably around 14 grams.I find the lose 60% to 70% of there weight after triming and drying.

wow, you lose that much? :?

i thought i would end up with about an ounce from that. oh well at least i have something to show for my troubles.

using your calculation i should end up with around 10oz per plant, still good :blsmoke:

my plants are over 8 feet tall. nearly every cola looks like the main cola, the one i posted is about half the size of the big ones...............i am getting excited :bigjoint:

i started them off in a greenhouse. they sprouted like crazy. i wasnt sure what to do as its my first grow, they have been flowering for 9 weeks now and our summer has been terrible very wet and not a lot of sun.the night time temp atm is only 5 degrees the ones i still have outdoors are still budding like mad. the ones i brought in have got a bit of mold but i now have a heater on them. i think they are a very good plant for outdoors but the proof will be in the smoke

i read that outdoor yield can be as high as 15oz a plant. next time i will top them. the stalks are as big as my wrist (female) :mrgreen:

It looks to me like theres alot more then 15 oz in that pic haha... well per plant or w/e.. it looks really good, gives me hope for a first time grower!

btw, i used Vintage Bat Poo, i think that may have something to do with my success :D

i probably changed the pots 10 times but they never suffered from stress. i started bending quite late on and snapped the stalks here and there but they recovered in no time. i didnt manage to bend them much but i got really long stalks which almost look the same as the main cola
i would definately use these again for my second grow!

its been the wettest day of the year i think today. torrential rain. my outdoor ones are ok. ive been up to give them a shake and when i came back in my hand stuck to the door handle from the thc :D

going to cover them tomorrow, cant afford to lose them now

I hate to break it to ya but it is small. Once you trim it and dry/cure you will be lucky if its the the size of that lighter. That is the one thing that really sucks about growing. You get a cola the size of your forearm and by the time it's all said and done it's smaller than your dick.
