Is this a successful FIM

I have never fimmed a plant before, so I did this auto 7 days ago. Is this what I should be seeing? I wasn’t sure if it’s doing what was intended, or not.

Not entirely sure if that is a "fim" but you definitely stressed the auto.

I topped 3 of my photos three days ago & did one FIM for the heck of it on the smallest plant. Did I do it correctly? lol
