There are a lot of weeds in my area that grow a lot like cannabis. They have similar structure, their leaves could be mistaken at a quick glance, and they flower in a similar manner. They just don't have any sweet resin. That is not MJ but if you have a field of those near your house you could easily stick an mj plant or two in there and I doubt anyone would notice.
