Is this a marijuana plant?

Ok, i cannot get a picture because my camera cannot focus to really small things, the seedling is about 2 mm tall and it has 2 sort of rounded leaves, it has a purple stem is this marijuana?

and if not when cannabis seedlings seed shell fall off and open do they already have their 2 sharp fan looking leaves?(:leaf:)

The first two leaves that emerge after the seed shell falls off are called cotyledons and are rounded. The next set of true leaves will exhibit the marijuanas spiked shape. A purple stem is very common as well.

i also forgot to mention that the stem is super duper skinny lol(duper)
but i am scared that my pepper plant seeds found a way into the pot so thats why im asking.
