Is this a good led panel for my tent

hi , im working with a 250w hps , but now that we are getting closer to summer them temps in my tent are
a bit to high so im wondering if this led panel would be good to get things a bit cooler

and if it is good to my tent that has the dimensions 60x60x160 cm or would it be overkill ? thank you all

You always should have as optimal / controlled environment ( temps / Rh ) no matter what light you are running.

Look at improving the air movement in your space ( exhaust / negative pressure ) to help with heat .

Yes its a very good light.
You wont need it at full blast in a 60x60cm tent.

60% should be enough for flower , push it to 80% maximum.
40% veg, 20% seedlings, clones at a decent height from plants.

It will be a lot less heat than your 250hps.
Aim for mid 80f
