Is this a bug problem? Please help.

I am posting a pic of one of my leaves that I think has some kind of bug problem. This is my first grow so I have no idea what it is. I initially thought it was nute issues, but after looking at it (them - there are alot of affected leaves) thru an eye loupe, I think it might be infestation of some kind. I have SM-90 but haven't used it yet. Would that be a good thing to try on this problem? When you foliar feed do you spray both the tops and undersides of the leaves? Thanks for your help.

My ph has been pretty stable between 5.7 and 6.0. PPM has been between 800 and 950 pretty consistently. Using GH nutes and Lucas Formula 0/8/16. No additives except 3ml H2O2 per gallon on res change. A couple of weeks ago I did have some wild fluctuations in pH and did a complete res change - balanced everything in res then put plants back. Things have been better since then. Could the leaf damage be from that incident? I also have a pH meter that I've calibrated but not sure if it's completely trustworthy. Maybe I should double-check with strips. Thanks for your input - greatly appreciated. I would rather be struggling with pH than bug issues. :)

Do you think I should change the res? I am just about to go into flowering - am at the 6 week since germination (was going to start tonight). Should I wait to do that? Also, if 800 -900 ppm is too high - should I include any nutes for a few days? Could the problem be with the Lucas Formula? I just added in 5ml/gallon of Grow to see if it was an imbalance. That might have really stupid. Hopefully not. Thanks for your input - VERY helpful.

i change before i flip the switch on my grows, ph close to 5.8 is perfect, the leaf damage may have been from ur ph flux wks back, no worries it will be fine as far as how far along the plants are is up to the grower i flower at 30" of plant reguardless of age, never used lucas nutes before so i know zip about it, as for ur ph meter check with strips or another meter

LT - Wow!! 30"?? That's pretty tall. I'll bet you grow monsters! Thanks for your input. I changed my res and redid my nutes so that ppm is ~500. pH is 5.8, res temp is 70. If they look perkier, I will put them into flowering tomorrow night. Thanks for your help. +rep

Did you get this squared away?

To me it looks as if you have a magnesium def If your using Lucas formula I would assume that you have water with a PPM of over 250. If that is so you need to use the GH for hard water or suplement with a Cal/Mag
