is there any seed banks in the usa that accept paypal

ive tried using my credit doesnt work so the next big option for me is paypal that or a prepaid card from 7 eleven or something

Your mom accepts PayPal.

No seed bank accepts PayPal. It's against PayPal's TOS. Looks like you going to have to visit the Dollar store or someplace and try a pre-paid card. They don't always work as well though. Good Luck.
