Is there a problem or not??

K I’ve been growing for years but past few years I was always able to get clones from buddy. I purchased seeds from Seedsman and it’s been awhile since starting from seed all seeds are 7 days since sprouting 2 in large pots are autos 1 Northern Light 1 Critical Orange Punch(smaller one of 2) other 3 are photos 1 White Widow 1 Gorilla Cookies (smallest one) 1 wedding cake. I’m thinking over watered ph 5.8-6.0 distilled water. Soil is Royal Gold Kings Mix . I originally had them in 1 gallon pots all I had otherwise I would have used solo as in past and I found these smaller cups so I transplanted them into these cause the 1 gal were way to big. I feel like there not growing at all and idk if there looking unhealthy from deficiencies or overwatering. My T5 lights are being used at a friends so I’m using the only flourecent lights I had 40w 6500k 4ft T12 4 bulbs. Just want to use them till there strong enough to go under my 600w mh air cooled hood. Could they be stunted from transplanting? Deficiency tho I don’t think so? And are these ladies where they should be for 1 week since sprouting. I could swear when I use to poo beans years ago they were a little bigger idk got use to starting from clones. Sand on top of autos always works to keep gnats away specially in bigger pots(3 gal fabric)
