Just wondering all your thoughts on transplanting. is there a best time to do it ? lights on or off?

The best time to do it, is when it's time. The key is being gentle and mitigating stress. All transplanting should be done before flower stage. If I am transplanting right befoe the flip I do it at least a week before to let the lady settle in and get her roots established.

I like to cut clones shortly after watering, I feel like it allows them a good fill-up before being removed from the mom.
