I used the same weed, measured out, and the results were weak and strong cookies? I was thinking it might be the oven.

I read the Nova $300 claims, andd the $100 ones and was wondering what the 2021 consensus was.

I've used the oven with 2 temp gauges for years, 180 for 45-1 hr on color on weed.

ODK If it is common knowledge, but an oven at 180, isn''t 180 for the hour, it fluctuates between highs and lows.
It's not nuclear fusion it goes to about 195-158 on my over, trying to strike a median of 180.

I don't like to toss money on un-needed shit for weed. But after the thousands, it seems stupid to not spend it- IF the results are that much better. Any1 do a side-by-sides?

.

I've had a Nova for 2 years, very happy with it.

You know that you're not vaporizing your trichomes and you're getting 100% from your THCA.

Worth the investment.

Is that 180 Fahrenheit? I've seen this graph in many places and it's what I use. 240F for 45 mins to an hour.

I usually make coconut oil and have just started decarbing in the oil itself - crockpot on high, heat the oil/weed mixture to 240 and keep it there for an hour, then turn the crockpot down to low overnight.
I have used this exact method numerous times and my cookies and brownies were righteous. Had my good friend wanting to go to the hospital and my man pale as a ghost whoops
But coconut oil hands down is my go to, the thc sticks to the fat so much better than with butter IMHO
