Is She doing Ok?

One of my seeds finally sprouted above soil yesterday. She seems to be growing pretty quickly but I'm afraid she's stretching? Or is this just how they look when they're only a few days old?

I have her under a 6500k CFL. Growing medium is pro mix HP with amendments.

The PH keeps measuring too high though. It's around 7. Should I lower the PH of my water?

mine have been like this they just look scrawny the 1st few days or so

and yeah lower the ph of your water or use bottled cheap water

i think you're doing fine. i had one sprout this morning, its now in the sun and looks similar. nothing to worry about, i would say. you know you need to lower you ph a bit, thats it

Cool thanks guys! Also, I have a balcony off my bedroom that gets a lot of sun in the afternoon. Would it be okay to bring her outside for a few hours everyday? I figure the warmth/humidity/sun might be beneficial.

Or will it stress her out too much do you think?
