as the title says is she good to dry in on big bunch . room temp about 22°c humidity 66%

Same here !! , And in darkness is how we do it.

I then trim into paper bags..then into jars when the time is right.

Yes but make sure it’s not touching anything
The moisture in the plant may cause issues if it does
