Is seedling okay?

It’s been 24 hour since I removed the remaining membrane holding the cotyledons together. They have opened up but seem to have brown/yellow tips. The first set of leaves seem to be deformed or just growing really slow. Is this plant healthy and worth it? Pic looks wet but just misted with water bottle.

I had a similar experience with bad seeds , the seeds turned out to be mutants.I would see what the true leaves look like or even if they develop.If they are deformed or have a hard time developing (Eg. Stunted development.), I would scrape it. Only time will tell.
