Is one of my kolas maturing faster?

I have an outdoor purple punch that’s in week 8-9 of flower and one of my kola suddenly looks way closer to harvest than the others on the same plant. In the two pictures I shared you can see the pistls are brown and dropping on one, while the other picture shows little to no dropping. I’m wondering if this could have to do with potential bud rot on the one kola or if it’s just something that happens (one kola maturing faster). Open to any feedback.

Thinking this might be bud rot on the side of the kola where it’s brown and the leaves are wilting

Did it get muddy by chance? I know it’s a weird question. But I had a couple of tops look ripe atm because the rain dropped em into the puddle. Did the same.

have you checked for rot first?

It’s definitely rot… checked it out further and it’s 100% rot
