Is my plant old enough to supercrop

no...and i dont know what stretching nicely means....you dont want it to stretch that much. your stem is so little that if you tried to supercrop it you would most definitely break it. You could just pinch the thing and feel it pop, you wouldnt even need to bend it. I would probably LST it, and attempt to do something about the stretching..keep your light closer, and you could even re-pot it in a larger pot, burying some of the stem almost up to the branches...I would actually probably try to bury it to the second set of branches as those first set aint doing shit anyways.

also I probably wouldnt supercrop until you start, or even a week or two into flowering schedule. How old is your plant? You need stronger, closer light.
