Is my night light right for the night cycle?

Im confused.... what is the question here? The "night cycle" should have no light AT ALL unless u like hermies..

Supposedly green light doesn't affect the light cycle, and that looks green, but I've never tried it. Let us know how it goes.

No light for the night cycle. Just plain dark. Use the green only if you have a dire need to check on them during lights out. Try to leave them alone if you can when it’s dark. Why risk it? Stuff hermies occasionally even with total darkness and you might want to eliminate that factor all together...
That being said if you’d like to experiment then go for it. The green spectrum supposedly doesn’t effect them but why risk it? Your call. I’m following out of curiosity.

Shit yall got me worried now xD im in a situation where i cant currently risk hermies or males atm..
I guess I wont turn them on when its night time in that case, just use it when have to check the plants out.
The idea was brought up due to change in the work schedule and class hours so the green lights appeared like a good idea.
Had no idea about leaving them on or turning them on only when needing to check. So your comment already dug my doubts about that. Thanks brother

No problem. It sounds like you’re committed to the light schedule at this point. For the future you can time your lights to be on for when you have the time to work in the room. It doesn’t have to be lights on during the day and dark during the night...the plants won’t know. Personally I never enter the room at lights out. There are already too many variables when it comes to figuring out why ladies go herm. But still, trial and error makes us better growers. Good luck bro.
