Is my lighting right???

Hey everyone I plan on ordering some seeds pretty soon so I need to get a couple last things before I get them

1) Right now I have a small room that I plan on vegging the plants consisting of a small 1 sq foot room containing 3x 23 watt cfls.. Correct me if im wrong but i believe you need 5000 lumens per square ft. So this lighting should be okay for this small space right? Once the plants get big enough I plan on moving them to a 9 sq foot room which in theory needs 45000 lumens..?

I plan on buying an hps light but the good ones seem pretty expensive. Is a light like this okayy though?
Its a 600 watt and produces 90000 initial lumens. Is a light like this okay?

Don't take lumens into consideration. At minimum 50/499w a plant.. No more than 500w a plant, it's too much.

The sun gives 10k lumens a sqft. Think about it..

Yeah just for while it is in a party cup vegging, I have a 9 sq ft closet I plan on moving it into after the first couple weeks. I have pc fans and a small fan for both rooms.

I plan on buying: Northern Light (Fem) Blue Mystic (fem) and lemon kush (fem) im getting the seeds from herbies pick n mix n theyre giving away a Dinafem Diesel and 2x Seedsman Sleestack X Skunk Regular Seeds
