is my grow room set-up correct

hey can any1 help me iv just setup my 1st grow room and am gonna put 4 clones in there but 1st want to know if its correct? the room is only small it 1 metre long and 3&half foot wide and 2 metres high im gonna be using a 600w bulb with 2 5inch exsrtctor fans 1 for intake and 1 for out-take with mylar covering all the walls is this ok???

Get an oscilating fan to blow on you plants. Helps with fresh air and helps them grow big and strong. Sound alright other then that.
