Is my 1000 watt led light too much for a 36x20x62 grow tent

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this light is too much for my 36x20x62 grow tent? This is the light I have

Quick look at the specs lists the actual power draw as around 185w. That should work out to around 37w/sf so it should be at the low end of enough.
