Is LED really worth it?

it says it only use's 14w so my first impression is no but what do you guys think? would it be as good as a 45w cfl? or would it just be for show?

Be nice for the color effect,just stick with those 45cfls and add a few

I have two of those panels. They are good for vegetative stage, but for the flowering I would get a UFO 135 watt, which could cover 2 plants (3x3 feet).

dont waste your money on that

No....14 watts led wont grow anything cept maybe a seedling at best. You're looking at $400+ for a worthwhile LED panel

225 LEDs and only 14 watts? What the fuck is this real life? .062 watts/LED.... I feel bad if someone spends money on this.

If you want to grow the real thing, use the real equipment.
