Is it time to harvest ?

It is been 7 weeks of flowering and everything went well until 3 days ago when the ends of the leaves turned brown and started dropping off. Been using fox farm big bloom and tiger bloom every other day, and I flush with a small amount of straight distilled water every other day. I stopped using the nutrients when the plant leaves turned brown and curled under a few days ago. Is this ready to harvest?
