Is it time to defoliate?

Hey plant is getting really bushy and I’m just wondering is it time to defoliate.. plant is about 9 weeks old. Ps yes I’m aware of the thirps I have some monetary Spinosad I’m spraying before I turn off the lights

Personally I would just pot up and spread her out with a bit of super cropping. I don't see the need to remove leaves, they do a good job when attached to the plant.

I think defoliate helps massively in flower I do it all the time with massive results. Some people think it's not worth doing but there wrong.

Yeah I got a 4 gallon fabric pot coming soon I’ll pot up & I wasn’t sure how to go about the super cropping so I split the middle & pushed back on each side to open up the middle some more. I’ll try to do it 2-3x a day to keep the form

Supercropping is the way to go, and I also remove any fan leaf that grows toward the inside of the plant to help keep it open
