Is it safe to harvest in November????

What's up everyone? This is my first grow,I have 3 blue dreams. 2 seedlings and 1 that's growing out of the seedling stage. Anyways I planted all 3 in early July,and my cousin told me yesterday that they will be good to go in November. But that will be winter, so will it be safe for my ladies? Oh mind you I live in Sacramento
 
Jk I'm busting your balls they will flower based on photo period not at maturity unless there auto they should already be harvested by Nov.

Most likely they will start to flower soon after they reach sexual maturity. Then it's just waiting on them to fill out.

On the plus side, this gives you good chance to work on your greenhouse building skills. Good luck.
