Is It Possible To Have Too Much Light???

for example a room 8 ft by 8ft has 2x 1000H.p.s Digatal Ballests with 1000w Sunblaster lightbulbs rigged up on a rail the room is so bright i NEED to put sun glasses on or i cant see when i come out for like 3-5mins ppl have told me its impossible to have too much light but i dont no ......anyone got any addvice???????

You can't have too much light as long as you control the heat output and keep your lights a desired distance from your plants you'll have some big dense juicy buds
