Is it ok to switch nutrient brands during grow?

Hey RIU title says it all.

Last grow I was running canna nutes but grow ran out and I have some advance sensi grow 2 part sitting here. They never got nutes yet and I want to give them a tiny dose...

Can I use the advance intill I go get some canna grow?

The plants are seedlings 7 days old growing rapidly indoors solo cups in soil

since they are not in the flowering stage yet, it will be much easier to switch nutes, provided that you dose the new nutes correctly. In flowering, nutrient stability is much more important

Your plants don't give two shits about a name on the bottle
