Is it bad to rotate pots outdoors?

So today i decided to rotate my pots because i noticed that one side was more developed than the other.

When i rotated the pots i lifted them up and realized that some roots grew through the 1 inch diameter holes that i drilled for the water to drain.

When i rotated i deffinitely riped those little roots, im not sure how deep they went into the ground, but do you guys think this will hurt my girls?

its actually really good to roatate your plants if you dont have even light coverage, and the lil roots are a sign that it needs to be transplanted soon but it happens all the time

it is a good thing to rotate the pots so parts of the plant that were in the shade can get light

you want to grow with your pots on plates so this dosnt happen

i hope the root rip dosnt hurt or stress your plants too bad bro good luck
