Is growing weed in Netherlands "legal" ?

Hello, I was just wondering if any of you guys know anything about this topic?

It says if they find up to 5 plants in your house you are not gonna get prosecuted. But then it also says you can only have up to 5 grams of weed. What about after harvest? You obiviously gonna have more than 5 grams after harvesting your plant. How does this work?

Possession of up to 5 g is decriminalized. Cultivation of up to 5 plants is unenforced for non-commercial use (unless grown in a professional setup).
